The Hightower Road Corridor Project on the campus of Mississippi State University will integrate sustainable multimodal transportation improvements for students, faculty, staff and visitors of the University as well as residents of the surrounding community. If funded, these improvements will create “ladders of opportunity” that will bolster economic growth and stability by providing safe, accessible and efficient connections for all users.
